Essential Glimmer Solid Oval Glimmer Hot Foil Plate is a bold and yet stunning solid oval shape.  This solid shape plate creates a stunning backdrop for various Glimmer techniques.  This package contains one hot foil plate that measures approximately 3" x 3.90".
