Of course we can! We will try our best to find those items you need. Sometimes items may be discontinued or a supplier is out of business, but we'll see if we can find something that will meet your needs.
2. What's the difference between Dye-based inks, Pigment ink pads, and hybrid ink pads?
Dye-based inks are water-based and quick drying. Images will look crisper & brighter when stamped on white gloss-coated papers and appear more opaque when stamped on uncoated paper stock. They may bleed or blur on absorbent papers, such as construction or tissue paper, and may fade over time. They are excellent to use when coloring with pencils, markers, and watercolors. Most are acid-free and can be used for scrapbooking.
Pigment ink pads are thick, opaque, and slow drying and stamp well on all types of paper. They stamp rich on uncoated paper stock. Images will only dry on coated paper when heat embossed. They tend to e brighter, with a denser saturation of color. Because they stay wet longer, they are ideal for heat embossing with embossing powers. Since these inks are fade-resistant, they are suitable for archival applications.
Hybrid ink pads are the best of two ink types - dye and pigment - and have properties of both! These inks eliminate the confusion over which ink to use for what surface because they work on everything! They dry instantly on paper and porous surfaces, but should be heat-set on glossy surfaces and fabrics. They tend to be more translucent in their appearance. We do not recommend heat embossing with these inks because they dry too fast. These inks can potentially stain your stamps, so be sure to clean your stamps immediately after each use.
