Hot Time in the Summertime!
What a hot, humid summer we're having! My goodness, forget about being outside in this muggy stuff…instead, drop into Wishful Thinking for some cool and refreshing ideas for your card making and scrapbooking!

As always, you'll find our shelves stuffed with the newest supplies. And, tucked away behind the stamps, piled in baskets around the shop and sitting on any flat surface available, you'll find samples, samples, and more samples, to help tweak your creative juices. We love it when you tell us you can't wait to get home and play with your new purchases!


New Stuff at Wishful Thinking...
With the CHA (Craft & Hobby Association) Summer Show at the end of July, you can be certain you'll find some new supplies right here! We've been getting some sneak peeks and just know you'll be as excited about them as we are! As of this printing, you'll find these goodies in the shop right now:

• The final designs have been approved, printed, and are now in our shop, and we are so excited to present our new, custom 12x12 double-sided scrapbook papers that depict Brown County, Indiana! These papers are so-o-o-o beautiful! We've also got new die-cuts for Nashville and Brown County that will look perfect in your scrapbooks! Come check them out!
  
  
• Looking for some papers for summer pages? How about background papers for beach-y cards? Take a look at Cosmo Cricket's line of papers called "Snorkel". How much fun you'll have with these bright, summery pages!

Our 8th Annual Used Stamp and Craft Sale, July 9-18!
It's time again for our annual Used Stamp and Craft Sale! This is your chance to clean out your stamp and scrapbook drawers and sell your unwanted craft supplies and/or purchase some new or gently used designs.

The dates of the actual sale will be July 9 through July 18! Bring in your stamps, scrapbook and craft supplies, magazines and books before July 5. All items must be marked; call us first so we can assign an ID number for your merchandise. Stop in, call (812-988-7009) or email us if you wish to participate in this event.

Please be aware that this is a CASH only sale, no credit cards or checks will be accepted for these purchases.

We are excited to announce another trip up to Indy! Join us for lots of awesome classes with 3 fabulous guest artists! Check the Class Schedule below for the class times and descriptions, then call or email us and get yourself registered. You will be amazed at what you'll learn!

There will be a lunch break from 11:30am to 12:30. We recommend you pack a lunch since there are no restaurants within walking distance.

We will also be bringing up lots of merchandise from the store - whatever fits in the van! - so feel free to stop by to SHOP if you're in the neighborhood and see what's going on. You can even call us with your wish list and we'll bring your goodies up with us. We'll be at the Veteran's Center from 8:30am to 6:30pm.

Artist Trading Card Swap!
We have been sponsoring an ATC swap for several years and are just overwhelmed with your creativity! It is so much fun to create little works of art then swap with other artists. Our collections are growing! And so can yours…join us for the next ATC swap!

We'll announce a theme every month, by email and on our website. Also, visit our MONTHLY HIGHLIGHTS page at the end of every month to see a collection of the ATCs we just received! You can find all the ATCs we've received in past swaps right here at Wishful Thinking. We know you'll love 'em!

o Make 6 cards and get 5 in return. You can make them all the same design, or all different. Don’t forget to sign the back with your contact information in case another artist would like to contact you about your ATC.
