Summer Slush
Wishful Thinking would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to all the people who've lost belongings this summer from the extreme flooding and tornados throughout the midwest. We know many of you have lost your treasured photos, scrapbooks and craft supplies. Please let us know if your craft room or studio sustained water damage so that we can help you. Although your treasured photos may be lost, we may be able to help you replenish some of your craft supplies as you begin to restore your homes.

As we do every summer, we are having our annual Used Stamp and Craft Sale, but with an added twist this time. For items that are not sold during the sale, the seller has the option of either taking the unsold items home or donating them to flood victims.

We are also holding a collection of items that you would like to donate from now until the end of September. We'll combine those donations with those from some of our vendors and other donations we received during our Rubber Stamping Weekend Retreat this past June.

This fall we will put together care packages for all of those who have contacted us and to any flood victims in the state of Indiana that reside in counties deemed Federal Disaster Areas. Please call us at the shop or send us an e-mail. We are partnering with Scrap-a-holic in Columbus, IN so feel free to contact them as well.

Annual Used Stamp & Craft Sale, July 20-29!
It's time again for our annual Used Stamp and Craft Sale! This is your chance to clean out your stamp and scrapbook drawers and sell your unwanted craft supplies and/or purchase some new or gently used designs. Bring in your stamps, scrapbook and craft supplies, magazines and books before July 18. All items must be marked; call us first so we can assign an ID number for your merchandise. Stop in, call (812-988-7009) or email us (wishful@wishfulthinking-in.com) if you wish to participate in this event or if you have any questions on how it all works. Please be aware that this is a CASH only sale, no credit cards or checks will be accepted for these purchases.

New this year - for items not sold during the sale, the seller will have to option of either taking their unsold items back home with them or donating them to Indiana flood victims.

National Friendship Day, August 3
Free card making between 1:00 - 4:00 pm. Bring your friend along and you'll both receive 15% off all your purchases that day!

Artist Trading Card Swap!
Wishful Thinking has been sponsoring an Artist Trading Cards (ATC) swap for more than a year and continue to be overwhelmed with your creativity. This is a fabulous and fun way to increase the number of ATC's in your own personal collection. We'll announce a theme every month, by email and on our website.
